
Jintao Group Women's Committee Established
On October 23, the Jintao Group Women's Committee was officially established.
According to relevant regulations on the construction of women's organizations in my country, the All-China Women's Federation, as a social mass organization, undertakes the macro-level functions of coordinating women's work nationwide and participating in policy-making. Its organizational structure covers four levels: provincial, municipal, county, and township, and it is typically not directly established within a single enterprise. The Women's Committee, however, is an internal women's mass organization within an organization, a group member of the Women's Federation, specifically serving female employees within the organization, and is characterized by its close connection to the grassroots and its flexibility and efficiency.
The Jintao Women's Committee will be committed to creating a dedicated platform for "connection, service, and guidance," providing precise services and support to female employees who are quietly contributing in their respective positions.
The newly established Women's Committee will focus on three key areas: establishing a regular communication mechanism to promptly understand the needs of female employees; providing targeted services such as skills training and rights protection; and building a growth platform, selecting advanced role models, and fully stimulating the creativity of female employees.
The establishment of the Jintao Group Women's Committee will effectively create a corporate atmosphere of "caring for and supporting women," allowing women's power to fully play its role as "half the sky" in the company's development. In the future, the Group's Women's Committee will continue to improve its working mechanisms, injecting women's energy into the company's high-quality development.
What is the All-China Women's Federation?
The All-China Women's Federation (ACWF) is a people's organization led by the Communist Party of China, composed of women from all ethnic groups and sectors across the country. Its aim is to safeguard women's rights, promote gender equality, and advance women's all-round development.

What is the Women's Committee?
