The Jintao Group Labor Dispute Mediation Committee was officially unveiled, creating a new platform for resolving grassroots conflicts.

On the 11th, a delegation of officials from relevant departments, including Wei Chunxia, Chief of the Arbitration Section of the Luoyang Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau; Wang Fang, Deputy Director of the Luoyang Municipal Labor Rights Protection Center; Liang Zhanqiang, Minister of the Legal and Social Work Department of the Luoyang Municipal Federation of Trade Unions; and Li Kezhong, Minister of the Economic Liaison Department of the Luoyang Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, visited Jintao Group for research and guidance, and jointly unveiled the "Jintao Group Labor Dispute Mediation Committee." Hu Bowen, Deputy General Manager of the Group, and his management team accompanied and received them.

The Jintao Group Labor Dispute Mediation Committee is a grassroots mediation organization established by the company with the joint authorization of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, and the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce. The establishment of such grassroots mediation organizations requires companies to have a standardized employment management system, a sound internal mediation mechanism, and a dedicated workplace. Jintao Group has built a high-standard mediation room, reception room, and archives room with complete equipment and facilities, and established comprehensive systems for mediation registration, processing, and notification guidance, achieving the "six unifications" and "five displays" requirements for mediation signage, organization name, and work procedures.

Government and enterprises collaborate to build a new mediation mechanism

During the meeting, both sides had in-depth exchanges on building harmonious labor relations.

When giving a detailed introduction to the group's development, General Manager Hu emphasized that as a leading enterprise in the national CTP (Certified Platform for Translation) industry, Jintao Group has always adhered to the concept of "responsibility and source governance," innovatively constructing a labor dispute prevention and resolution mechanism to inject new momentum into the harmonious and stable labor relations in the region. Faced with the current economic downturn, the company insists on operating in accordance with laws and regulations, bravely shouldering social responsibility, and effectively protecting the livelihoods of thousands of employees and their families. He stated that Jintao will deeply implement the "Fengqiao Experience," improving the mechanisms for expressing demands and mediating disputes, and building the Jintao Group Labor Dispute Mediation Committee into an effective platform where employees "have a place to speak and their demands are responded to." Jintao will continue to conduct legal lectures, popularizing legal knowledge and risk prevention, combining a unique "mentor-apprentice" training model, integrating care and concern into the system design, polishing this "golden signboard," and striving to build a benchmark for grassroots mediation organizations in the city and even the province.

The leaders at the meeting pointed out that Jintao Group has achieved remarkable results in standardizing employment practices and protecting employee rights, particularly in establishing a regular communication mechanism, innovating mediation models, strengthening legal training for employees, and providing care and guidance for young workers. Jintao Group's approach, starting from the front lines of employment and addressing the root causes through institutional reforms, has moved the mediation process to the workshop and work teams, constructing a closed-loop system of "discovery-communication-resolution," providing a replicable model for source governance in the manufacturing industry. This mechanism achieves "early detection, early intervention, and early resolution" of labor disputes, highly aligning with the Luoyang Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau's governance policy of "prevention first, grassroots focus." Its value lies not only in resolving individual cases but also in integrating the advantages of corporate self-governance and trade union supervision to build a long-term mechanism, opening up new paths for safeguarding employee rights.

Following the discussion, Liang Zhanqiang, Director of the Legal and Social Work Department of the Luoyang Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, presented Jintao Group with professional books on labor laws and regulations, including the "Trade Union Law" and the "Henan Provincial Trade Union Regulations."

Unveiling Ceremony

At the subsequent unveiling ceremony, leaders from both sides jointly unveiled the plaque for the Jintao Group Labor Dispute Mediation Committee and toured the reception room, archives room, and mediation room, among other functional areas. During the tour, the leaders provided on-site guidance on the standardized construction and regulated management of the mediation committee, offering professional suggestions on functional zoning, facility configuration, and work processes. Finally, all participants took a group photo to commemorate this important moment.

After the unveiling ceremony, the leaders present conducted an on-site inspection of the production plant.

In the future, Jintao Group will continue to promote the standardization and humanization of its employment management, and build a more harmonious and stable labor relationship through a government-enterprise collaborative dispute resolution mechanism, thus contributing to the promotion of local economic development and social harmony and stability.
