In September 2025, Jintao Group and its subsidiaries held special meetings focused on the national theme of "Quality Month," focusing on key areas such as production, quality, and customer complaints, and implementing specific actions to improve quality and efficiency.
Targeted Production Process Improvement
Each subsidiary must investigate and resolve issues at the source of casting and rolling within a specified timeframe to ensure production continuity. Each subsidiary's technical quality center will lead the development of improvement plans based on customer feedback to enhance product quality. At the same time, they will strengthen skills training and assessment for frontline operators and improve inspection standards.
Improving Quality and Increasing Production with a System-Based Guarantee

Each unit will organize specialized skills training and assessment for quality inspectors to improve inspection accuracy. Management personnel will be required to optimize processes, strengthen execution, and develop effective solutions to quality inspection issues. All employees will be required to address issues head-on and achieve a breakthrough in "zero defects."

Sales and Service Collaborative Improvement

The Group emphasizes that customer standards are the company's standards, requiring the Quality Assurance Department to accurately understand customer needs and guide production departments in implementing targeted process improvements.
